Students have very limited access to cell phones. They aren't allowed at all in classes or in the stables, and there are only certain times of day when students are allowed access to their phones, since part of the therapeutic environment of Brook Haven Ranch is the escape which it provides in getting away from the outside world. If you absolutely must use your cell phone, you can post it here and receive calls and text messages at approved times.
