As with cell phones, computer access is seriously limited. In the case of computers, they are only used during class times, and students do not have access to personal computers for instant messaging or e-mail. Instead, students may use text messaging on their cell phones to contact one another and may receive letters (yes! snail mail!) in the post from parents and friends back home. This is a good character development opportunity!
